We use approved UKAS test houses to certify all products and ensure they are suitable to be included in our product portfolio. Products are then only released once they meet our rigorous criteria and we are confident our customers will be fully satisfied.

We don’t like to keep our customers waiting unnecessarily, so we aim to answer all calls within 10 seconds. In fact, the average ring-time for customer calls to our technical support helpline is just eight seconds, so you can be confident of our attention at all times. We don’t just stop there though! No matter what your question is, we will try to solve any issues you have within five minutes – so that you can get on with your day without any unnecessary delays.
