Brigade shortlisted as a finalist for Motor Transport and Logistics UK Awards

Brigade Electronics is pleased to have been shortlisted as a finalist at two of the industry’s most prestigious award events later this year.

The 35th Annual Motor Transport Awards, taking place at the Grosvenor Hotel in London on 2nd September, sees Brigade shortlisted for the Innovation Award Category, sponsored by Goodyear. The award aims to recognise the most innovative new product or service that helps address the most pressing issues facing the transport sector today – cutting emissions, improving safety, and tackling the skills shortage to name a few.

Brigade is also pleased to have been announced as a finalist for the ‘Most Innovative Product of the Year’ category at the 2021 Logistics UK Awards, held on the 9th December at the Park Plaza Hotel in Westminster, London. The ceremony, now in its fourth year, celebrates the companies and individuals who have made a significant contribution to the logistics and supply industry.

UK Marketing Manager, Emily Hardy, said:

“This is a fantastic achievement for everyone at Brigade Electronics and we are delighted to have our products recognised for making an important impact in the industry. The last 18 months have been a huge challenge for companies across the world so we couldn’t be prouder of how the team has seamlessly continued to work together to ensure road and worksite safety remains a top priority.”

Since introducing the first reversing alarm to Europe in 1976, Brigade’s mission has always been to save lives and improve road and workplace safety. Not just across the UK, but on a global scale. In addition to its headquarters in South Darenth, Kent, Brigade is proud to operate offices in the US, Canada, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Poland and Spain, while selling commercial vehicle safety systems in more than 60 countries.

Brigade’s entries will now be judged by expert panellists, made up of some of the country’s most influential logistics businesses. We look forward to two exciting evenings ahead – good luck to all those shortlisted!
