Our Interview Process

All our successful applicants undergo a minimum of two face-to-face interviews with us. This usually consists of a detailed competency based interview, built around the core requirements of the role and our Vision and Values because we are passionate about what we do; we want you to be too.

All applicants who progress onto our second round of interviews are requested to complete a Personality Profile Assessment through our recruitment partner Thomas International. We want to see if you’ll be a good “fit” for our business.

You’ll get the opportunity to meet your potential manager and find out more about Brigade and the role through this interview process. After all, it is just as much about you finding out if Brigade is the right fit for you too.
