Blind spots are part of every vehicle operation. Whether manuevering in busy urban environments, distribution centers, construction sites or depots, limited visibility can make it difficult for drivers to maintain awareness of everything around their vehicle.

Backeye®360 is a 360 camera system that provides a complete bird’s-eye view of the vehicle and its surroundings in real time. By combining four ultra-wide-angle cameras into a single image, drivers gain a clear view around the vehicle, helping them maneuver with greater confidence and awareness.

Why Choose a 360 Camera System?

Mirrors and single-view cameras provide valuable visibility, but they only show one area at a time. Drivers must continually switch their attention between mirrors, monitors, windows and the road ahead.

A 360 camera system brings all of this information together into a single display. This reduces the need to scan multiple viewing points and helps drivers understand their surroundings more quickly.

Backeye®360 is designed to support safer low-speed maneuvering by providing a complete view around the vehicle, including areas that may otherwise be hidden from view.

Brigade Backeye®360

Backeye®360 uses four ultra-wide-angle cameras mounted around the vehicle; front, rear, left side and right side.

Each camera captures more than 180° of vision, covering one full side of the vehicle. The images are sent to an electronic control unit (ECU), where they are processed, corrected and stitched together to create a seamless bird’s-eye view displayed on the driver’s monitor.

The result is a clear, real-time image that helps drivers see more of their operating environment from a single viewing position.

The system helps improve visibility around the entire vehicle while reducing the need to switch between multiple camera views.
