Our Interview Process
All successful applicants undergo at least two interviews. The first interview is typically conducted via Teams, followed by an in-person second interview. These interviews focus on a detailed, competency-based discussion, aligned with the core requirements of the role and our Vision and Values. We are passionate about our work, and we seek candidates who share that enthusiasm.
Applicants advancing to the second round are asked to complete a Personality Profile Assessment through our recruitment partner, Thomas International. This helps us determine if you’ll be a good fit for our business.
Throughout the interview process, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your potential manager and learn more about Brigade and the role. It’s essential that you find out if Brigade is the right fit for you, just as much as we assess your fit for our team.
