Brigade Telematics View - Ports
Related Products – MDR Dashboard 6.0 (Server Mode) Brigade Telematics users only
This document is only relevant for users with issues logging in. In most cases, this will not be required.
For Brigade Telematics users that are within a network that blocks incoming and outgoing traffic please provide this document to the network administrator to update the firewall.
The following ports need to be allowed on the user’s network:
- 3113
- 5556
- 7264
- 8081
- 12020
- 12040
- 12045
- 12047
- 12050
- 12055
- 12056
- 17891
To restrict the destination network traffic, ‘ping’ the given domain name to obtain the IP address which will only allow access to the Brigade Telematics service. The domain name will resemble xxxx.brigadecloud.com (xxxx = the customer-specified sub-domain).
Currently, the MDR Dashboard 6.0 is not compatible with a proxy.
