Under current EU legislation, GSR-compliant safety systems must be fitted at the point of vehicle homologation. However, for many bespoke vehicle types, factory-fit is not always feasible. This creates a critical challenge, especially for coachbuilders, bodybuilders, and niche manufacturers.

In April, the vehicle was fitted with Brigade’s award-winning Radar Predict. The vehicle was then validated by the independent test house LCOE, where it gained EU type approval under UNECE Regulation 151. This marked a crucial step forward in compliance options for a range of vehicle types, without compromising on innovation or build quality.
