KH-KIPPER Sp. z o.o., one of the leading European producers of tipping bodies on chassis over 12 t of GVW, has consistently prioritized safety across its operations. Known for its innovative approach, KH-KIPPER has collaborated with Brigade Electronics to equip a tipper with its latest W1RB mining body with an advanced AI camera systems.

Enhancing Safety in Challenging Environments

Operating large vehicles like tippers in challenging environments poses significant safety risks, particularly when maneuvering in tight spaces. Considering the size and the height of the roof, it can be challenging for the driver to see at the rear of the vehicle when approaching the crusher’s loading chute. To enhance the safety of both the operator and personnel working on site, KH-KIPPER sought a solution that would improve visibility and detect potential danger during complex manoeuvres, queue our truck safety cameras.

Increasing Blind Spot Visibility with AI Camera Systems

Looking to improve their safety, KH-KIPPER has integrated Brigade’s advanced AI Camera systems into the tipper with their latest mining body model. The camera was installed at the rear, under the body, to increase visibility in the blind spot. This cutting-edge fleet safety technology – Brigade’s AI Intelligent detection camera – provides the driver with a full view of the rear of the vehicle. Additionally, the system’s AI capability recognizes humans and alerts the driver to their presence, significantly reducing the risk of incidents on site.
