LADOG Fahrzeugbau und Vertriebs-GmbH has stood for high-quality municipal vehicles since 1920. At the main factory in Zell am Harmersbach, around 60 employees work daily on the production of narrow-gauge implement carriers in various widths. In addition, attachments such as water technology. mowers, leaf collectors, sweepers, weed brushes and front brushes are also built in-house.
Brigade and LADOG have been working together successfully for many years and have already equipped numerous vehicles with safety components.
Backeye®360: All-round vision with active person detection
The latest project is the T1700 demonstration vehicle, which was equipped with the new Backeye®360 AI from Brigade.
Backeye®360 AI is a high-resolution 360-degree AI camera system with four cameras equipped with the latest AI technology to recognise people and effectively eliminate all blind spots.
Backeye®360 AI provides a comprehensive overview of the surroundings in a single image. The system consists of 4 cameras and warns the driver acoustically and visually when a person is recognized thanks to artificial intelligence and also offers a bird’s eye view of the entire vehicle surroundings.
We decided in favor of the Backeye 360 AI for safety reasons. A huge advantage is the active person recognition and the active visual and acoustic warning to prevent accidents in good time.
This is a great safety feature and helps the driver to react quickly and keep an eye on everything.
