Brigade wins Logistics UK award for CAREYE®
CAREYE®, which was recently named best in the Active Safety sub-category and won third prize in the Smart & Safe category at the 2022 CLEPA Awards, is the result of extensive research by our partner, EYYES.
The system uses AI to accurately evaluate video streaming from cameras fitted to the vehicle and can calculate the future course of motion of nearby people or objects. Combining data about a vehicle’s speed and direction, the system reliably and accurately warns the driver in real time of a possible collision before it occurs.

Brigade was up against seven other candidates for the coveted Logistics UK trophy. Managing Director of Brigade Electronics UK Peter Squire was presented with the award during an evening of dinner and dancing at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London. He said:
